Terms and conditions
- All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions
All bookings require payment of a 50% deposit, payable at the time of booking - The remaining balance is due prior to collection of your pet/s
- All cats are required to be fully up to date with their vaccinations, flea & worming treatments. Evidence of current vaccination is a requirement of booking.
- Any medical requirements your pet/s have must be discussed at the time of booking. Medications can be administered as required, but medications must be provided in their original packaging with all labelling and product information sheets.
- If your pet needs veterinary treatment whilst it is staying with us, where possible we will take it to your own vets. If this is not possible, we may take them to another veterinary practice.
- It is a legal requirement that we hold the following information for you whilst you pet is with us: Emergency contact details, your contact details, vets' details, vaccination and medical history. We will ask you to complete a boarding form on arrival.
